We are a small, family run business with a shop within UpCountry Stone Cross Garden Centre, Dittons Road, Pevensey, BN24 5ET. We also have a dedicated butchery unit in Herstmonceux, East Sussex where, using traditional methods, we cut and prepare meat from carcasses. 

Using local farmers, abattoirs and suppliers, we can guarantee high welfare and quality standards throughout the process. Our main supplier is JFH Farming Ltd which is located only 3 miles away from us in Herstmonceux.
