Shoulder is perfect for slow cooking and simply pulling the meat from the bone! A tender, juicy and sweet cut that provides plenty of flavour!

Prefer something easy to carve? Say “Yes Please” to the boned and rolled option and we will remove all the bones and tie the half shoulder into a boneless joint.



Our Lamb is sourced from within 10 miles and is all naturally reared and grass fed allowing them to fatten naturally. Our Lamb is of the highest quality and has a deep and rich flavour.
