Hung for a minimum of 31 days, the flat iron steak is a versatile cut often used in slow cooked dishes, however when cooked fast and rare, before being thinly sliced, this steak has a tenderness and flavour that is hard to beat in value!

We buy and sell beef in a traditional and sustainable way, using local farmers and local abattoirs to source the beef and then hanging and preparing the carcass ourselves to ensure maximum quality control.
