The end of the fillet that still has all of the flavour and tenderness of fillet steaks but due to its tapering shape lends itself more for being cut into strips and being used in stir frys or similar dishes.

We buy and sell beef in a traditional and sustainable way, using local farmers and local abattoirs to source the beef and then hanging and preparing the carcass ourselves to ensure maximum quality control.
