Hung on the bone for a minimum of 31 days our fore rib of beef is left on the bone for an impressive centre piece at any meal. Benefiting from the impressive marbling and extra flavour from the bone this has always been a Stevens family favourite for big events!

We buy and sell beef in a traditional and sustainable way, using local farmers and local abattoirs to source the beef and then hanging and preparing the carcass ourselves to ensure maximum quality control.
