Hung on the bone for a minimum of 28 days Bavette is perfect for frying and serving rare, these steaks have a rich, beefy flavour. These steaks also lend themselves well to being marinated before frying or being used in a stir fry.

We buy and sell beef in a traditional and sustainable way, using local farmers and local abattoirs to source the beef and then hanging and preparing the carcass ourselves to ensure maximum quality control.
