Hung for a minimum of 31 days, sirloin is a personal favourite. Sirloin is the perfect combination of flavour and tenderness with marbling throughout the muscle which aids in the cooking of this steak and makes it hard to go wrong!

We buy and sell beef in a traditional and sustainable way, using local farmers and local abattoirs to source the beef and then hanging and preparing the carcass ourselves to ensure maximum quality control.
